Bubba was raised in the local area. After graduating Newberg High Bubba went on to several facets of construction as well as some other service related businesses. In 2004 he graduated from Beau Monde school of hair design. In 2005 he bought what is now Bubba’s barbershop from local barber Mike Morrill. Still being as local as they come,

In 2004 he graduated from Beau Monde school of hair design. In 2005 he bought what is now Bubba’s barbershop from local barber Mike Morrill. Still being as local as they come, Bubba lives in Newberg with his family. He and his wife Kobi have 4 children; Jesse (who works in the shop) McKenzie, Sophia and Arny. Classic cars and hunting are favorite topics for him. Bubba has said “My love of the shop and it‘s characters have made my job so enjoyable to him that it doesn’t feel like work at all.”
